MG OMG OMG OMG
http://www.tofugu.com/2010/01/19/if-youre-homeless-in-japan-here-are-your-options/
It is imperative that we learn to combat against depression, sorrow, misery, sadness, etc...
As an American who has single-handedly fought through the various systems, including the legal system and the welfare system, I began to research what life was like for homeless persons living in Japan...
To me, however, I saw a level of happiness and cheer that to others may not have been the case. Is it simply because I love all people? This is not about me.
A person may live in an encampment of tents and although to the imagination and possible truth, the infinite possibilities of worlds within may vary... we must investigate to be certain that all beings are in fact truly happy. We are brothers and sisters afterall--a global community of family that time has separated, as is the American dilemma on the microscopic level, as our families scurry about at random times to satiate hunger and race back to their daily doings without the American dream of the family supper and conversation with Johnny and Susie about how their school day was...
Regarding those whom I love and care for, I continue.
I am Japanese.
I am Caucasian.
I am an Emperor or Pharaoh from a time that I am still searching for to remember when and where I come from... I thank the Lord of Hosts.
How does any of this matter to me? How does any of this matter to you?
Because unlike modern-day bloggers, I have broken the rule and brought us into the picture, both me and you.
Some people think that reducing the population is the answer... "Fools," I say.
There have been various reports of "Nuclear Threats" and "EMP Attacks" in the various news media, I do not scoff at such reports, although any whom would betray me would find it better to swallow the Uranium before I find them myself... and they can shove the EMP up their ass.
I apologize for my unwarranted anger and frustration.
Even if I managed to gain some prestigious position among my superiors and elders, I understand that I am the black sheep of the family, of the work force. Even my words are rugged--and ever since 9-11, I have not been the same innocent child playing my "Final Fantasy" video game.
Homelessness is not enough of a reason to annihilate a population.
King Solomon of the Christian Holy Scriptures said it this way, "Go to the ant, you lazy one."
I paraphrase the understanding to mean this:
The ant does not destroy itself. Even if a colony of young larva, eggs, the nursery of the hard-working and among most innocent of God's creatures were discovered under a large cement tile, with all the little grooves, tunnels and passageways... They would still not run away as cowards saving their own lives. They would move in an orderly fashion and begin relocating their infants and children to a safe location while the brave men would seek the Spiderman-esque instinct that they are under attack from some unknown threat... and although they would have no chance against a cruel human, a kind human would see that their kingdom is in fact beautiful and that they are very protective of their loved ones.
America is no different than the hard-working and protective species of ant. We love our neighbor as ourselves... and even if our economy is struggling and we do not have our pockets as padded as we would like, we still find it more important to send help to our friends in need rather than supply our own egos with pleasure and material things that hold no value.
I have come to love all Nations. Israel, Turkey, Germany, France, Japan, China, India and even those Brits...
When it comes to Starcraft strategy however, there are none like America and Korea... although Russia does put in a good game.
In the Olympics, we do not always win... in fact, we are the lowest of the low in some of the realms...
Yet we do not retaliate by blowing up the winning country (although yes, we do hold some power).
"With great power comes great responsibility."
I am not a pro. I am not a Harvard Graduate... Yet anyway... Although I am permitted to dream...
I am not talented in all of those fields that make others unique... But I will say this:
While I imagine those little tents with giant High-Definition Televisions and Playstation Computers on the inside, with all the gadgets and bamboo flooring and rice paper accents as the tea brews on the outside fire stove, that may not always be the case... The same way others may imagine that my piece of shit car is really a Mercedez-Bens that has a superior cloaking device... I assure you it's not true!!!
We need to create a global harmony project beyond Security Forces... We need the good 'ol hippie-vibe of peace and love, that Harvard-Berkeley alliance of modern understanding and science & our old traditional drum circle way. I know that it is very, very difficult to accomplish that level of balance... but with the right tools and the proper use of brains, we could accomplish many things, including that grand vision of global harmony.
Imagine Abraham and Melchizedek upon their first meeting. Two men who knew nothing of each other... MEN--as we know what guys are like sometimes.
This is not a great article... This is not well-written, it is not even proof-read... But rather than jot this down in my little diary that I am sad that there are homeless people... and oh, how cute... but we need to grow up and do something about it. It does not matter that a 5 year old donated a nickel... although the good intention is great... what matters is that the same 5 year old grew up to be the President of the United States and the world was already at peace.
